Responsibilities
- Providing expert medical care for patients with a broad range of psychosomatic conditions within the rehabilitation setting.
- Overseeing the comprehensive medical management of assigned patients, ensuring adherence to therapeutic concepts and internal and external quality management standards to fulfill rehabilitation objectives.
- Collaborating in the development and enhancement of therapeutic programs and expanding specialized treatment areas.
- Conducting therapy monitoring and performing social-medical assessments.
- Participating in on-call duties and the clinic's continuing education initiatives.
- Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Your Profile
- Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team.
- High degree of self-responsibility, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
- Experience in leadership with a cooperative management style.
- Knowledge in social medicine is advantageous.
